The en-suite room that is available looks over the garden from the first floor and is furnished with bed, wardrobe etc. The house looks old but was actually built quite recently so it’s modern on the inside and has got full double glazing, central heating, 1 shower room and two bathrooms, an open plan kitchen, lounge, diner with washer dryer, fridge freezer, wireless broadband, and a very sunny private garden to the rear with a lockable bike shed. The road is permit only parking and this property does not qualify for parking permits so has NO PARKING AT ALL. There is some short stay parking locally but really this is a room for a non car owner or someone who is prepared to rent a parking space however you or your visitors can park on the road during the evening, nights and weekends. Would suit a non smoking professional male or female. Price excludes all utility bills which are payable to the landlord on top of rent at the rate of £99 pcm this includes elec, gas, water, council tax, 60MB cable wireless broadband and tv licence.
