Large modern 3 bedroom house and private garden located in a quiet part of Headington very close to the hospitals, Brookes University and main bus routes to London and Oxford city centre.

Kitchen has plenty of work surfaces and storage. With an American style fridge/freezer, microwave, breakfast bar, double oven with 5 ring gas hob and dishwasher.

Large private garden with patio, grass area, fish pond, furniture and barbecue. Plenty of off-street parking and a garage for bikes.

Both bedrooms are quite large, one has a double the other a king size bed; bedside cupboard, desk and wardrobe. They share a bathroom with power shower and a large bath as the landlord has his own en-suite.

House comes with two beautiful Bengal cats and a semi retired live-in landlord who is welcoming, laid back and easy to get along with.

Lodgers are encouraged to treat the house as their home, rather than just a rented room, so I'm looking for people compatible with existing Lodger and myself.

I love all things science, watching films and TV, reading, conversation and often play computer games in my own room.

10 minute walk from Brookes University, 5 minutes from Headington Shops and buses to London/Oxford.

Short distance to all Headington Hospitals.

As this is my own home, I'm looking for the right people to share it with.
