My girlfriend is moving away for a year, perhaps two.
I'll be in the home alone and looking to rent out the spare room to someone sociable.

Its a decent sized double bed with mattress, a chest of draws, bedside cabinet and triple wardrobe.
There is also space for a desk if you have one.

Its a terrace house with a nice little garden and BBQ. There is plenty of allocated off-road parking available which is unusual for Headington.

You will have your own bathroom with toilet, sink, bath and shower.
I have my own bathroom in my room.

We will share the lounge area where I have a decent TV, PS and surround sound, and the kitchen is a decent size also. There is a washer/dryer machine and a dishwasher.

I have BT infinity broadband running at 39Mb/s.
I also have a cleaner who comes once a week.

The number 8 bus to Oxford and Headington stops 1 minute walk away. You can cycle to these places from here easily too. And it is very easy to get to the ring road and the M40 from here.
There is a decent gym 5 minutes walk round the corner.

I am a friendly and tidy 29 year old professional looking to share with a similar male housemate.
Ideally someone who is up for going to the gym together and sharing a movie/video game at times.

I would need a deposit of 2 months rent, and bills are not included.
You wouldn't have to pay for the internet or the cleaner!
