Beautiful En suite and a double room

I have a beautiful double room/en-suit and a double room.

Please females only.

The property is completely renovated a year ago. It has beautiful kitchen and nice living room.

There are 3 rooms in total. All rooms are doubles and two of them are sharing a bathroom. The advertised one is with en-suit.

The property is 15 mins walking distance to Brookes University and 10 minutes walk to Headington shops.

There is a nice park just 5 mins away and of course the amazing Headington Park.

There are two bus lines serving the street - number 4, 4A, 4B and number 10.

Taking the number 4 to the City Center is 15 up to 20 minutes. With number 10 to Cowley Shopping Center is not more than 15 minutes.

If you prefer you can have your own fridge in the room.

All bills are included except council tax. This will be £10 pounds extra per week for the en-suit.

You should be clean and tidy. You should be respectful and appreciate that I will be sharing my home with you.

No alcohol or pork.
