The house is very well equipped, with all facilities available - washing machine, tumbledryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, new boiler (so good hot baths possible!) and a great living room with 50" tv and so on! Happy to keep smoking to my bedroom btw, so stating no smoking property.

Absolutely all costs included - council tax, water, gas, electricity, broadband, good mobile reception area, cleaning stuff provided too.

The area is very quiet, safe and beautiful - a nature reserve takes you to the 4/4A bus into town, and you can even reach Cowley Road across the golf course if you like peaceful walks, although of course all these areas are accessible by street.

Nearby is Shotover Country Park, and Headington is just up the road, with Waitrose, several good restaurants and of course, the best bus out to London!

Parking is fine and there is even an empty garage for storage space.

Great kitchen with more than enough cutlery and crockery and so on - I'd rather you didn't bring too much of your own stuff as it just isn't necessary, but there is plenty of room, and shelves and cupboards for all your food needs. Equally, ample space in fridge and freezer for general use. Nutribullet, Nespresso...

Please note my house is on the market so I can only guarantee a stay up to August, but this may
extend. Consequently, I won't charge a deposit if rent paid in advance each month.
