En Suite Room in Central Headington inc ALL bills

Hey people we’re looking for a new housemate to share our friendly first and second floor flat in central headington. There are just 3 of us, 2 guys 1 girl, all graduates and now working, late twenties, early thirties. The room that is available has an en-suite shower room and looks over the garden from the first floor. It is furnished with bed, wardrobe etc. The house looks traditional but was built quite recently so it’s modern on the inside and has got full double glazing, central heating, 1 en suite shower room and two bathrooms with showers, an open plan kitchen, lounge, diner with oven, hob, fridge freezer and microwave. Cable wireless broadband, and a very sunny private garden to the rear with a lockable bike shed. The road is permit only parking and this property does not qualify for parking permits so has NO DAYTIME PARKING AT ALL. There is some short stay parking locally but really this is a room for a non car owner or someone who is prepared to rent a parking space however you or your visitors can park on the road during the evening, nights and weekends. Would suit a non smoking professional male or female. Price includes all utility bills which are elec, gas, water, council tax, wireless cable broadband and tv licence. Single occupancy only. Total payable is £599. Non smokers only. The landlord will carry out a Credit Check and 1. 5 months deposit essential. NO Couples please. Thanks.
