Double room available in friendly house share located in Headington. Sharing with 2 young professional females and 2 cute cats!
We are looking for a friendly, young professional who is happy to socialise and do their bit about the house! One girl works night shifts occasionally so we are looking for someone who will be understanding and considerate. The house is non-smoking but if you are a smoker and happy to do so outside - you are very welcome!
The room going is a spacious ground floor double room, with two french doors onlooking the back garden. We have a shed and garage for storage, and a built in BBQ for those long summer evenings! There is available parking for 2 cars on the driveway, and plenty of free parking along the street. There is also a small spare room but we mainly use this for storage. Located in Headington within a good proximity to all hospitals and easy access to the ring road.
The room is provided unfurnished through Chancellors but a double bed and desk can be provided by the previous tenant if required!
Rent is £400 per month plus council tax and bills (including broadband), usually equates to £500 a month, pending on usage. A deposit is required at £600 plus a one off check in fee payable to the housing agency of £160.
