Double room in family home
I have a bright recently decorated room available from 1st December. Use of a sunny garden, bathroom, shower room, open plan kitchen/dining/conservatory and living room. There is tv with freesat in the room, double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
It is my home so I like the house to be kept tidy and any areas used by the tenant to be cleaned after use (kitchen, bathroom etc). We try to keep the house reasonably quiet between 10pm and 7am so would not suit very early or very late workers unless they are incredibly quiet outside these times.
We have cats that live mainly downstairs.
