There's a fully fitted kitchen, shared lounge/ dining room and a bathroom to the rear of the property. There's outside space too with a small patio and a decent sized garden.
I'm a professional looking for simillar to share the house with on either a full time or a Monday - Friday basis. I can even provide linens etc if required, monthly rental is inclusive of all bills except C Tax.
