We have a fully furnished studio annexe in the garden of our family home. It is available to rent during the working week(Mon-Fri or Sun-Thurs)from May. The tenant would be the sole user.
The studio is a light and airy space and would be perfect for somebody who wants accommodation during the week, but wants to come away from hotels. This arrangement has worked very well for our previous tenants.
Horspath is a quiet village just off the ring road, 6 miles from Oxford city centre and near to Cowley and Headington. We can offer wifi and easy parking.
The annexe comprises a living/ sleeping area with small kitchenette and en-suite shower room.
We are a friendly married couple with two young children. We would like somebody who can be independent in their living arrangements, yet feel at ease living near to.
