Short let double room in top flat

Hi there ,
I have a double room in my house available from 16 th March. So you can start the new year in a new lovely space ! .
The house is very homely & friendly but we do all do our own thing.
The double room has just been decorated & looks great !It is at the back of the house & gets the morning sun.
You would be sharing the upstairs with a very nice Italian man who works at Brooks Uni. He smokes , but only in his room with the window open.
You would basically live upstairs (no living room , but good sized rooms )
There is a recently well decorated bathroom & kitchen which you only share with Stefano. This is fully equipped with a large fridge freezer , fan assisted oven & an A*** washing machine !
We have 24/7 wireless broad band & all the bills are paid by me.

The room is a good size with a double bed, 2 chest of drawers . Anything else you require can be provided.

I have a friendly dog & I live downstairs with my husband , but we will be away some of the time. I am an aromatherapist & have a downstairs work room , but try to massage during the working day (except Thursday evening ) There is a good bus service to town 1 mins walk away . Many shops ( great Coop ! ) & takeaways.
Plus it is near the science park in Littlemoore
Ideal if you need a peaceful quiet friendly house to relax in until 22 nd May.
Would be great to use as a base if arriving in Oxford for a new job . Time to find your feet & look around to see where you would really like to live or meet someone at work who has a room. .. These magical connections do happen !
If you are happy to stay for at least one year the rent will be lower.
