Fully furnished bedroom with downstairs study available to rent over the summer in Oxford. The house is a large 3 storey, 4 bedroom property with an enormous modern kitchen and a large upstairs living room. It has a shower/bathroom on the top two floors (so you only share with one other person) and also includes a garden and a small garage (only appropriate for storing bikes). There is also a washroom which has a washing machine along with a specially heated drying rack which is amazingly effective.

The property is located only a few minutes walk from the local bus stop which offers easy access to the city centre. The house has available parking spots and a garden. My housemates are all professionals in their early 20s who are fun and friendly.

My share of the rent is only £350 and I have already paid most of the bills for our term e. g I have already paid broadband, water bill- you would only need to pay gas and electricity and the council tax.

All in all it is fantastic value for money if you are planning to stay in Oxford over the Summer- I'm just planning to be travelling over that period so would like to make some money from it rather than leaving it standing empty!
