I am a live-in landlord looking for a clean & friendly housemate. The house has a good sized garden, big lounge/dining room & there is permit-free parking on the (quiet) road.
I work locally for the NHS & enjoy cooking, cycling & a good pub (of which there are many nearby).
There is 1 lodger already living here - a PhD student studying International Relations. We're a fairly sociable house and like to go for a drink and cook the occasional meal together, but we also have our own lives, and are probably away more than we're at home at the weekends.
