A huge double bedroom in 5 bedroom share house in Iffley. The bedroom has a double bed (with underbed storage), wardrobe, desk and 2 chests of draws. It really is a huge room-really a triple bedroom if such a thing exists!

Very nice, leafy area. Current tenants 2 males and 2 females who are all educated professionals wokring in science and/or at the uni. We are looking for a quiet and considerate housemate who also likes a chat and some socializing (without lots of parties).

House comes with mod-cons, including pay TV and fast wireless broadband. House has 2 bathrooms and another toilet, plus a modern kitchen, dining/lounge room, yard with patio. There is secure bike storage, and on-street parking available. The house is strictly non-smoking, aimed at professionals (mature grad students considered). House comes fully furnished.

Rent is 700 per month, plus 1 month deposit.

Rent includes all bills. Room is available from around the 5th of September.
