I'm leaving my current room in this very nice house since I'm moving out of the country. My housemates are lovely people and very respectful. Two girls and one guy.

The house is Fully furnished. It has a shared lounge and large kitchen. Shared family bathroom as well as separate WC with sink. Lovely front and back gardens. All the white goods are available. Gas central heating, good quality double glazing, cavity wall and loft insulation.

Off street and unrestricted on street parking.

Easy access to City centre, BMW plant, Oxford Business Park and ring road. Bus stop is 1 minute walking from the house. The nearest supermarket 2 minutes walking.

- Who are we looking for:

Suit Non-smoking, friendly, easy going professional in mid 20s with good attitude towards sharing.

- Costs:

Rent £420 pcm includes all fixed bills (CTax, Water, Virgin Media broadband and Wi-Fi, TV licence). Electric and gas extra and shared. Deposit £500.

Minimum contract 6 months. Private landlord, hence no agency fee.
