A quiet, quirky terraced house, shared with one person only (a very easy going, hard working Englishman). The spacious first floor bedroom (with king size bed!) comes with private bathroom and WC- the house is fully furnished and centrally heated with a cosy living room, kitchen, utility room, Wi-Fi, storage room downstairs (for bikes, boxes etc.) and a mature, secluded rear garden.

It's a charming, rustic place in the peaceful residential district of Jericho- just a few minutes walk from St. Giles, city centre, many of the universities and less than ten minutes walk from the train and main bus station, along the canal path. Port Meadow- a lovely expanse of open countryside- is a similar distance away, heading in the opposite direction.

The cost is £600 per month- this includes gas, electricity, water rates and council tax. Please note this vacancy is for three months only (as I will be abroad) and I am ideally looking for someone interested in staying for the entire duration, but am open to negotiation with regards to a reduced time period.
