Between Oxford and Abingdon

Convenient. Bus every 15 mins daytime.15-20 mins to Oxford centre
and same to Abingdon. Good access
to Oxford City.

There exists off street parking, and nearby free parallel side street parking along the same road.

The first private room itself contains
some furniture. Currently, a single bed
with headboard, pine furniture, chests of drawers and wardrobe. There is space for your own furniture. Now taken.

A second room, similar size,
has a wardrobe and chest of drawers (and including a double size bed). Suitable if you have some of your own furniture too. Room
has own lock. Available.

Kennington is also near the Thames
river at Thames Path, an area of
outstanding natural beauty.
Great for circular walks and cycling.
There are two grocery stores in the
Village.

Amenities:
Kitchen with, for each room, one personal
storage cupboard and additional
spaces for cookware and crockery.

Amenities include Oven, microwave and washing machine, large larder
fridge (*there is no freezer*).

A non-smoker.
We will not permit letting to a
to a smoker. Sorry no smokers.

And we do not accept pets either.

Apartment room available from May 2017.

Rental cost for the room is £435 monthly and is inclusive of all utility bills and local tax. Also wifi internet access included.

Initial £200 security/condition deposit required.
