Double bedroom in 4 bedroom house

We have a double room available in a 4 bedroom house in Kidlington.

We are three multi-national professionals aged 24-30, two male & one female, one British, one French & one American, who have shared the property for over a year and are looking to replace a fourth who is moving out. We are fairly social and enjoy cooking, chatting and socialising at the house and in Oxford, however we respect each other’s privacy. We enjoy a variety of sports, motorsport, music, cocktails, film and entertainment, the culinary arts and horticulture!

The house is large with ample shared space, a patio garden, shed, conservatory and a large, well-equipped kitchen. The room itself is the largest (13. 7m2) and shares a bathroom with one other person. The room is fully furnished with a large amount of built in storage space. There are two modest spare rooms for visiting guests. Appliances include washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, two ovens, fast fibre optic internet connection, etc. There is an attic for additional storage space if required.

The landlord is easy-going and has been very accommodating. Visits can be arranged in the evenings and at weekends.
