Lovely Double Room in Modern Secure Apartment

I am the owner of a lovely apartment in Kidlington and am looking for a suitable flatmate to share with me. I am 28 years old and work for the University of Oxford. I am easy going and sociable, love the theatre and films, a good meal and the odd drink! Equally there are times I enjoy my privacy and respect the need in others.

The apartment was built in 2008 and is in a great position just off the Oxford Road in south Kidlington with regular direct bus routes to the city centre. Also its a 10 minute walk to Oxford Parkway train station. I don't drive so, if required, there is a parking space available for my housemate. There is also a secure bike store. The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen including washer/drier and dishwasher. The sitting area is equipped with a smart TV , DVD and there is high speed broadband. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, book case and bedside table. My bedroom has an en-suite so the other bathroom (with shower) will be pretty much for the use of my housemate.

My current housemate is about to leave to start a new job abroad so the room will be available from the weekend of the 11th/12th June. I am looking for a flatmate who is equally clean, tidy and happy on occasion to respect the need for privacy, peace and quiet. Please drop me a note if you are interested and wish to view the room.
