I have a furnished room with 3/4 sized bed to rent in Kidlington, Oxfordshire, ideally located for access to Oxford, Bicester, Oxford London Airport or Begbroke Science Park. It is in a quiet residential area, and there is parking space available on the driveway.

The house has great access links to Oxford, London and Bicester by bus and rail, with Oxford Parkway less than 2 miles away. Sainsburys, a Co-Op Food, Kidlington and Gosford Sports Centre and the village centre are all within about a mile of the house.

The room is furnished with a bed, chest of drawers and desk, although you are welcome to request any furnishings from the room be moved to storage during your tenancy. There is broadband connection via wifi available in the room.

You will have access to the shared living room, fully equipped kitchen with induction oven and hob, two shared bathrooms and a large garden with a patio and seating area, and be sharing the house with three relaxed housemates; two professionals and one mature student, plus a dog and a cat.
A dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are all available to use.

Utility bills are not included in the monthly rate, bills are split between all residents.
