A single room is available in a friendly house share. Ideal for a young professional or as a first home after university.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with all cutlery, crockery and cooking equipment available as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The house has a private rear garden with plenty of garden furniture to enjoy the summer evenings. There is also a shared living/dining room.

The room itself has a single bed, desk, wardrobe as well as an in-build cupboard and under bed storage. There are two bathrooms in the property so this room shares a bathroom with only one other person.

Shared areas of the house are cleaned every other week and all bills including gas, water, electricity, council tax and broadband are included in the rent.

Oxford City centre is a 15-20 minute bus ride away and Bicester is also around 10-15 minutes away. The house is situated just off of the A34 and both London and Birmingham are less than an hour and a halfs drive. Oxford Parkway train station is only 1.5 miles away with trains into London taking under an hour. There are several good pubs within easy walking distance as well.

Current housemates are both working professional and are equally as happy spending time together or being independent.
