I am a 32 year old single professional male looking for a responsible, tidy and friendly lodger for the second room in my lovely, recently refurbished ground floor flat, in a quiet area of Kidlington very near to all amenities

There is broadband and gas central heating. The rent includes all bills, utilities and Council Tax. The double room is for single occupancy only. It is clean and fully furnished, with a double bed, spacious wardrobe, book shelves, desk and chair and bedside table.

The flat has a fully fitted new kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is an attractive shared sitting room and a sunny patio. Parking is also available.

There are excellent transport links in and around Oxford. Oxford Parkway station is 10 minutes walk away, which runs direct train services to and from London Marylebone via Bicester Village.

There is a nearby and frequent regular bus service to Oxford City Centre, and also to Headington, including the John Radcliffe Hospitals and Oxford Brookes. There are regular buses to Kidlington Airport and Business Park, and to Woodstock, Bicester, and Banbury. There is easy access to the A44, A40 and A34.

Local shops and amenities are all within a short walking distance. The flat is close to a large Sainsbury's, and also to the High Street with plenty of local shops and a weekend fruit & vegetable market.

It is also very near to the Kidlington and Gosford Sports Centre with a gym and swimming pool.
