KIDLINGTON
Light, clean ,large private double attic room in a large clean modern friendly house.
This room has two large windows either side and it's ver light and airy.

Very easy access with frequent buses to oxford , jr hospital and Bicester village and also parkway train station to London on our door step.

I am a friendly easy going tidy and clean single lady living with my 11 years old daughter.
The room has all necessary furniture.
There is no smoking in the house but you are free to smoke outside or in the garden.

There is a high speed wifi internet and one parking space. The house has cctv and alarm security system in a very safe area of Kidlington and also a large garden.
I also have two friendly little chihuahua dogs.

you can use the kitchen to cook and wash up your dishes and also use washing machine and dryer once a week for a small fee.
I love a chat from time to time and don't mind people sitting with me watching a movie .
I wont accept noisy untidy impolite people with bad attitude.
Only kind friendly people please.
