We are looking for a friendly new housemate but most importantly, someone who wants to be part of a home.

The room is in a large new build house in Littlemore (the pretty end, near Sandford on Thames) which give easy access to science parks, Cowley and the ring road. It's really close to Sainsburys and two bus stops to the city centre. You can walk or drive to the city centre in pretty much a straight line. Lots of off street parking available!

It's a good sized double bedroom and shares a bathroom with only one other person (there is also an additional toilet downstairs). The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, mirror and bed side tables. The room has plenty of plug sockets and TV ariel. I can be flexible about what is in the room as I can store things in the garage.

The house has a nice sized kitchen /dining room, a separate lounge, garden and separate garage.

The other lodger and I are professionals who are sociable and also enjoy our space (so this house is ideal because there is plenty of it).

The room is available now and I only take àƒÃƒÂƒÃ‚‚ ‚ÃÂà ‚Â‚ÃƒÂƒÃ‚Â‚ÃƒÂ‚ £300 refundable deposit in addition to the first months rent. The room is àƒÃƒÂƒÃ‚‚ ‚ÃÂà ‚Â‚ÃƒÂƒÃ‚Â‚ÃƒÂ‚ £550 a month inclusive (sky, wifi, bills etc) starting from the day the tenancy starts. I try to be as flexible as possible, So all I ask is for 30 days notice if you want to end the tenancy. I am happy to go onto a 1 month rolling contract after the initial 2 month contract which I offer.
