Good-sized double room available in a semi-detached property with a garden and a drive for parking. Close proximity to Kassam and the Vue with a good bus service to the city centre.

The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, chair, and bedside table, but you are welcome to add or remove to your own tastes. The bathroom, kitchen and living rooms are all shared.

There is high-speed broadband, and bills are included in the price. There is currently no TV licence (although there is a TV for films and iPlayer), but I am happy to arrange that and go halves on it if you'd prefer it.

I'm a vet and work reasonably long hours, so only evening or weekend viewings are possible. I'm ideally looking to share with a professional, but older students are also welcome. If you like pubs, films and/or board games I'm sure we'll get along just fine.
