I have a double room available to rent in a lovely 2 bedroom house in Oxford Road, living with one female housemate in her twenties.
The rest of the house includes a living room, kitchen, dining room, 1 bathroom and a big garden. £450 a month excluding bills, contracted until end of September 2015. Bills usually come to £130 each.
There is 1 off road parking space but parking is free on the road.
Tesco, Sainsbury's and Templar square are all only a few minutes away and it is close to bus routes to city centre.
Available from 1/2/14 or sooner/later if needed. Deposit and agency fees will be required.
