Room to rent in friendly professional house share - Recently re-furbished house! All bills included!!

We are looking for a fun, outgoing professional to come and join our house. The house has 4 bedrooms, 1 shower room and 2 toilets, a comfy lounge and a kitchen/diner with a table for sharing dinners together and the odd glass of wine or two. Everything has recently been refurbished! There is also a large enclosed garden with a BBQ and bike storage. The room available is a large double which comes with a double bed/mattress, chest of draws, and wardrobe.

There are currently 2 males and 1 female and we would like to keep it balanced, so preference is for a female.

We are only looking for professionals so no students and sorry, no couples please.

All bills included (including a cleaner who comes twice a month), Super-fast internet.

House: Littlemore, 10min drive/15 min cycle to city center, great access to the ring road, on the bus route 16/16A to Oxford centre and walking distance (5min) from a Sainsbury's superstore. Would be great for people working on the Oxford Science Park or Business Park. Off-road parking.
