The room is furnished and £700 pcm, which includes all bills. We don't own the house but are tenants ourselves here.
You can add your own furniture into the room if you so choose. There is large dinning room and lounge. It’s near to Shiplake station, convenience store and gastro pub. There are beautiful views of surrounding countryside and the river is just 2mins walk away.
Space for parking.
Current tenants are Joanna and myself and we're both 33. Joanna is a teacher and I work locally in Henley.
