We have one double bedroom available in our 4 bed house.
The property consists of a shared kitchen, living room, dining room, two bathrooms, garden and a driveway which you can fit three cars (hatchbacks) onto.
The rent includes council tax. The others are organised and paid directly to the landlord.
We are right on the corner of Old Marston Road, a stones throw away from two sets of local shops, pharmacy petrol station and bus stop. We are also very close to the A40 ring road which is ideal for commuters.
Everyone in the house is friendly, easy going and relaxed. We just ask that you keep it tidy and ideally have a love of chocolate.
We are hoping to do an open evening on Wednesday 29th July, make sure you get in quick.
