We have a good sized double room with large built in wardrobe available in our house. Shared bathroom with one other male.
The room is in a semi-detached four bedroom house in a quiet cul-de-sac in Marston. The house is cared for by our landlord and landlady, who are unintrusive yet very responsive and we are on good terms with them. We and they are very proud of the fact that the house is maintained in such a condition that they'd be prepared to live here themselves.
We are Mark, Peter and Dan, and our previous housemate moved away for work. We are sociable yet considerate and are keen to find someone like-minded to share our house with.
The room is available from 1 July 2015 and we would be happy to meet anyone who might be interested at any notice.
