URGENT: Double room in a charming cottage in Old M

One double room is available in a lovely, small quaint cottage house (in stones!) in Old Marston at the end of November. The rent would be £530 plus bills, plus council tax.
Due to restrictions from the letting agency, the room is available to professionals only, with minimum earnings of £1900 per month.

The house is pretty much in the countryside, yet it is only a 10-15min bike from the city centre through University Parks. There is a nice pub on a river 5 min walk from the house. It is fully furnished (with old furnitures!), with very modern appliances including a dishwasher, and has a small garden too. There is space to park a car in front of the house.

My flatmate is moving to London to start a new job, so I am looking for someone to replace her. I am just starting a PhD programme in Biology. I'm French, and lived and travelled abroad for the past 8 years. I love good food (will be getting boxes of organic vegetables delivered to home!), dancing tango, folk music, nature (I worked in conservation) ...
