A comfortable double room in a house in the Marston area. The house is in a good location, close to the city centre - about a half hour walk/10 min cycle ride through the university parks. There are also good bus links and space to park for a car if you have one.
It is a lovely house, good kitchen & lounge, a nice garden and all amenities, with 3 friendly housemates looking for a fourth female for the house - 2 professionals and 1 trainee nurse. We all have busy lives but enjoy spending time together and being social.
Rent is plus bills (around £80-95 ish) and a deposit of 1 months rent. There are no agency fees. Room is available from the 1st of May.
