I have a double bedroom for rent within an extended 4 bedroom semi detached house. I am preferably looking for students/professionals to share my home.
The rooms are both well lit, have double beds, fitted wardrobes and plenty of storage space.
The house is in excellent condition with oak flooring downstairs and upstairs.
The huge kitchen/dining area is fully equipped, I would be surprised if you felt anything could be added! There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other has a bath.
The house has a wonderful large garden which is perfect to enjoy a glass of wine when the weather permits!
