One single and one double room in cosy houseshare

We have two rooms available in our cosy house on Abbey road - one single and one double.

The single room comes furnished with a bad, wardrobe and some shelves on the wall for extra storage. This room is available immediately and is £495 pcm.

The double room comes with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, small fireplace, and bookshelf. It's available from 31 March and is £500 pcm.

In terms of communal areas, there is a living room, big kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and bath shared.

The house is in a great location for public transport, being really close to the rail station and bus station, and the Thames path makes for lovely riverside walks in the summer.

We are two professionals in our mid-twenties, easy going and pretty laid back. We're reasonably tidy without being over the top, and the house has a much more homely feel than a lot of the other shared setups out there.

Bills are currently around £55 per person per month, including water, electricity, gas, and broadband.
