The ensuite room has been recently renovated in neutral colours and finished to a modern standard.

Furniture includes matching pine double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Gas, water, electricity, council tax and high speed wireless internet are all included in the rental cost.

Please note there are no laundry or cooking facilities available, other than a room available with worktop space, a fridge, microwave and kettle.

There is however a local laundrette and plenty of nearby cafes, restaurants and convenience stores.

If the contract period is less than three months, the rent will need to increase to £115 a week to account for additional administration costs.
