The bedroom currently available:

First floor: It is a good sized room with a single bed but if anyone wanted to bring a double bed, that'd be fine. The room has been fairly newly decorated. View out to the back garden.

We are friendly and laidback and all we ask from prospective housemates is that they are friendly, considerate and clean. We really want a relaxed atmosphere with everyone taking proactive ownership of the house. We spend some time together, watching TV or going to the pub or cinema. We do like to throw a few parties every year but it's a professional house first and foremost. We all appreciate our own space but like to do things together.

The rent is 425 per month with council tax included in that - council tax is paid by the landlord. Bills are then shared between 5 people which amounts to around £40 per month.
