Double Room Available From Last Week Of May!

My 2 housemates and I are looking for someone (preferably female) to join us in our humble abode.

The house is situated in Marston just around the corner from local shops and a bus stop. Your room would be a large ground floor, double room. The house has 3 other bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, dining room, back garden and off road parking. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 of which you would share with another housemate.

The bills come to approximately £30 per month and the deposit is equal to 1. 5 months rent.

Ideally we are looking for someone, like us, who is a young professional, outgoing, enjoys a bit of physical activity, a drink now and again and who is up for a laugh.
