Large double room available in a spacious house on the outskirts of Oxford (located in Littlemore). It's currently furnished with a double bed, desk, and wardrobe.

The house is big and old, with two bathrooms, a living room, dining room, spare bedroom for mates, a garage used for biicycle storage, and a big garden with a few trees and flowers and vegetables. We have broadband, and there's an off-road parking space.

We're looking for a guy only (sorry!) to keep the gender balance in the house. There are currently four of us at the moment (two men and two women, 20s-40s). It's a quiet house, but we're all sociable and have dinners together every so often, and throw pretty good parties.

The house is 15 minutes walk to the river, 5 minutes walk to a supermarket, a 20 minute cycle ride into the centre of town, and there's a bus stop right outside.
