Double room in a large house on the corner of Hurst St. and Bullingdon Rd., shared with five friendly postgraduate students (ages 22-28). The house has two bathrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen (including washer and dryer). The room includes a sink and mirror and is fully furnished with a double bed, a desk, two chairs, a chest of drawers and two shelves. Ideally, a potential housemate would be a student, but an intern/young professional, would also be welcome. The landlord would prefer someone looking for a year-long contract, but would accept six months. The room would be available as of the beginning of June 2012.
