Room to rent in shared house

We're a six-bed house looking for another person on short notice to rent a room. The room is free from 5th May 2014 (Bank Holiday Monday), and our tenancy ends early July, after which we will all be moving out. Ideally we would like a non-student/professional, for council tax reasons, but that is flexible.

The rent is £385 a month, but we could probably arrange a week-by-week payment calculation with the outgoing tenant should you stay for less than the full 2 months.

The room is a double bed room for single occupancy. It has a double bed, bedside table, desk & chair, shelves, a wardrobe, and a bookcase.

We have a lovely cosy living/dining room with a dining table, two sofas, and an armchair. We have a shared kitchen and two shared bathrooms. There's a garden and patio out the back that produces a fair amount of fruit, veg, and grass. It has additional access by a gate through the side, which is good for bikes. There's a broadband wifi connection that we all share the cost of.

The rent doesn't include bills, which are for a cleaning lady, utilities, internet, and council tax (council tax is shared between the non-student members of the house). Parking is by permit from the council.

We're a mixed bunch of British, Italian, and Australian; three are postgrad students and two work. We cook and socialise together relatively frequently. We'd love to hear a bit about anyone interested in living with us for the next two months.
