I am looking for a professional person who is clean and tidy. Respectable and does not mind dogs.
I have a beautiful double room (fully furnished), in an equally beautiful house, within a Large spacious 3 Bed. All mod cons, including Wi-Fi, Parking, set in beautiful surroundings a stone’s throw from Oxford.
Set in the peacefulness of the country in a very small village with stunning views and quietness, however take a few minutes on foot or Bike or car and Bingo the city of Oxford where noise can be absorbed, and ingested... The best of both worlds! The A34 is very accesible should needs require.
I have 1 room available for the right person..... The room is furnished with a New DOUBLE bed, Wardrobes including hanging rail and shelves, a 37 inch flat screen TV (Sony) Wi-Fi and several power points, a Mirror etc. The room is Light and Airy, comfortable and cosy, centrally heated, the room is on its own floor so commands privacy. There is a large hotel quality bathroom, 2 toilets, use of storage for bike. This would suit a person whom likes to of an evening keep themselves to themselves - as no shared living room.. Sky tv available in bed room. (Additional cost)
This is far from a party house and would suit a person who is not looking for a standard student share - quality house - commands quality tenant/lodger.
Off street parking opposite house, use of utility room, downstairs toilet, conservatory, bike storage, garden, kitchen, dining room, luxury bathroom...... If you don't like your own space - this is not for you.
