Awesome (and huge) 4 storey house with a lovely grand piano, ickle cute balcony off the lounge overlooking the canal, sky tv, playstation (with guitar hero), gym room with concept II rowing machine (that hasn't been used in 12 months!), huge kitchen with huge oak table - and a nespresso machine (that gets used every day).

Situated in Jericho (North Oxford) - only 5 mins walk from Oxford station and into the city centre. Next to Oxford canal and near to Port Meadow (great for jogging).

I've just agreed to let one room to a lovely chirpy Spanish person who has agreed to help me improve my Spanish (kind and patient too then..) from August and now looking for a second person who is either:
1. Very musical (piano, singer, didgeridoo...)
2. A French or Mandarin speaker able to offer the same
3. A ridiculously awesome person who is chilled, smart and fun to have around
