I'm Martin, a relaxed, sporty, sociable 25 year old professional.
I currently share a really nice 2 bedroom flat just off the Abingdon Road, our tenancy agreement is due for renewal on the 7th August and my flatmate will be moving out to live with his girlfriend so I am looking for someone to take over his room and sign a new 1 year tenancy agreement with me.

Your bedroom will be an unfurnished good sized double room. You will also have exclusive use of the flats main bathroom which has a shower over the bath and heated towel rail.
We will share the large living area, balcony and well equipt kitchen (dishwasher, fridge freezer, washer Dryer).
There is 1 allocated parking space for the flat which we will share, additionally there is plenty of on road parking available.

Your rent will be £490pcm which doesn't include any bills.
Council tax will be an additional £68

I enjoy playing and watching football, squash and enjoy a few beers on the weekend. I am preferably looking for someone around my age with similar interests but I get along with pretty much everyone so if you like the flat or have any questions please get in touch.
