Luxury Room for Oxford female student/postdoc

**Available 4th July until 10th September. Looking for someone staying minimum 1 month.

A beautiful, freshly decorated study bedroom, ideal for female student/postdoc at Oxford University seeking a quiet private home in central Oxford. We are about 5-8 minutes walk from most University buildings/libraries, bus & train stations. I am a kind and caring female landlady - I am also an academic at the University. My home is clean, tidy, beautifully decorated and well-maintained, located in Jericho (Oxford town centre) and I especially welcome foreign female scholars. The study bedroom is freshly decorated and newly furnished (see photos!). All carpets and furnishings are brand new.

I live downstairs - your room is upstairs with good quality mattress, single bed, study desk & chair, clothes wardrobes etc. You share my second kitchenette & power shower-room with only one other female postgraduate student. She is a Taiwanese biologist staying the full year. The kitchenette and shower-room are also new and I provide all basic cooking utensils. I also provide newly purchased, cotton bed sheets & towels - you do not need to bring these!

The rent is £650. 00 per calendar month and includes utility bills, high-speed wifi and a weekly laundry. The security deposit is £1200 - I know this is high, but it is security to get a beautiful place to live. Your deposit is safely deposited with the UK Government "Deposit Protection Scheme".

(Please note: there is one unusual thing - I provide one weekly laundry per person: I collect your laundry once a week for the washing machine. In summer I dry it outside and return to your room folded, or in winter I hang your laundry on special hangers above the radiators. This means that you can continue your daily plans without having to wait, and your laundry is done when you come home later in the day) .

This accommodation is for females only, single occupancy, no guests/boyfriends, no smoking or pets!
