Cosy Double room in friendly house share

Hi, we have a small but cosy double room to rent just off the Botley Road. The house consists of 3 (excluding myself) very lovely friendly girls. We do spend a lot of time together but do also have our own friend’s outside of the house. We all like to socialize but do also respect each other’s space.

The house is in an amazing location just off the Botley road, 10 mis walk to the train station or 20mis walk in to Oxford City Center. If you have a bike we do have a shed in the back garden. The garden is small but gets a lot of light in the summer until late in the evening. Smokers are welcome but only outside. Although the room is fairly small we have a large bright living room that we all share and spend most of our time in. Bills are not included, there is onstreet parking, a permit is £50 Pear year
A rough breakdown of bills;

Rent is £340Pm
Council tax is £42
Broadband £5. 95
Quarterly bills vary i think the cheapes they have been was about £59 each and the most expensive is about 160, Obviously that is every 3 months

I am very sad to be leaving this house but have had a job offer in London that i can't turn down. We will be holding viewings on the 22/04/14 & 23/04/14
