Double room in lovely quiet house

Lovely double room in 3 bedroom house between Iffley & Cowley Roads, near Donnington Arms. This area is easy cycling distance to oxford city centre or there is a bus stop at the end of the road. Cowley and the ring road are also easy to access. Pubs, restaurants, takeaways, post office, bike shops - everything you need is on your doorstep.

I'm a live in landlord, with a professional job, looking for a lodger. You can be looking for weekdays or full time, I'm open. Bills included, inc wifi & Tivo. I have two lovely cats, so you need to be okay with those, they will almost certainly be okay with you.

The newly refurbished house has wooden floors, fireplaces, 1. 5 bathrooms, a newly fitted kitchen with all mod cons and probably far more kitchen equipment than anyone actually needs;). The room is freshly decorated and fully furnished with a small pine double bed, a pine wardrobe & chest of drawers. It isn't the biggest room in the world but people, this is Oxford! But I have tried very hard to make it nice for anyone living there. There's on-street parking (no permit required) and secure parking for bikes. There's also a garden where I grow veg and sit in the sun on occasion.

Me? I work in London in marketing, I work long hours and sometimes stay away from home, so you may often have the place to yourself. This is my home, it would be yours too, I hope to find a nice easygoing, tidy-ish non-smoking professional to share it with me. Shared interests are good, but a shared attitude is probably more important. If all you want to do is sit in front of the TV, we probably aren't going to get on - that said, sitting in front of the TV with a glass of wine (cat on lap optional) is sometimes a very good thing to do.

EDIT: I have a tenant in situ, theoretically he moves out early July, but wishes to extend. Thus this room MAY be available mid July, or could be later, so there is some flexibility.
