We are three professional females looking for a fourth person to share a lovely 4 bedroom house on Mill Street. The house is beautifully furnished and conveniently located within walking distance of the train station and Oxford city centre. There is one bathroom and a separate shower room.
It's a mid-20s to 30s household with a cat named Pudding. We are friendly, laid back and like to socialise but are happy to stay in with a glass of wine and watch rubbish on TV from time to time! We're looking for another professional in their 20-30s.
The room is a comfortably sized single or a double room. Rent is £450per month for the single or £500 for the double without bills. A deposit will also be required. The room is available from 16th May.
