Room available in friendly house

Room is still available - 12/8/14

The room can be available 2 days earlier than advertised (i. e. 30th August) - a tenant is moving between rooms over that weekend.

A fully furnished room is available in this friendly house on Weirs Lane (the Abingdon Road end of Donnington Bridge Road). The picture shows a double bed but I can change this to a single bed.

The house comprises 5 bedrooms, bathroom, cloakroom, living room, kitchen and conservatory. There is a washing machine and tumble drier.

There is a Tesco Local across the road. Nearby bus stops offer easy access to the city centre, Cowley centre, Abingdon, Didcot, Milton Park and Harwell.

The rent includes Council Tax but no other bills. I would expect the other bills to be about £40 per month on average.

Short term lets (less than 3 months) will be considered but the rents will be slightly higher. We can discuss how much higher once I know how long you want to rent for.

There is a husky living in the house. He has previously lived with me in my home and is very well behaved and quiet.

There is on-street parking and a place to lock up bikes.

Please note the room is for single occupancy - occasional overnight guests are OK but the HMO licence does not allow for a second full time occupant.
