Lovely, light, airy and fully furnished double room available from 24th July in a beautiful, modern 4-double-bedroom flat in the highly sought-after Eagle Works development in Jericho, Oxford. You would be sharing with three friendly, sociable young professionals aged 24-32.

The flat is ideally located for the bars, restaurants, cinema of Jericho, as well as having Port Meadow and the canal as your back garden. It is a short walking distance from Oxford city centre as well as walking distance to Summertown. It's also just 10 minutes walk along the canal to the train station.

It has a big open-plan kitchen and living-room and the entire block is a relatively new modern development so everything is in great condition. There are two balconies in the property. There are 24-hr porters, security gates, and the managing agents are at the front of the flat complex – so any issues we’ve had with light/bulbs/decoration/DIY are incredibly easy to sort out.

The bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, mirror, chair, wardrobe and a couple of chest drawers, and big glass desk. You would also be sharing a bathroom with a bathtub and shower with one other girl (two of the bedrooms are ensuite – a total of 3 bathrooms in the flat for 4 people).

We are looking for a friendly non-smoking tenant, and preferably female to maintain the current balance of 2 boys, 2 girls. This flat would suit a young professional. There is underground parking available, however if you have a car you would need to arrange your own space as it’s currently in use (ie one of the flatmates pays more rent to have our designated spot). However there are usually other residents who don’t use their space, and rent it out. There is short-term visitor parking available. There is a lot of underground bike storage which is very safe.

The rent is around £578 per month excluding council tax and bills (about £100/month). We have wifi internet throughout the flat, underfloor heating, and the kitchen/utility room is equipped with all mod-cons including a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

This is a really beautiful flat in a great location, and a real bargain for the price.
