Single Room Just off Cowley Road

One single room available, with furnishings such as shelves desk and a wardrobe. Sharing with 3 guys in our second year at Oxford Brookes, we are very social and enjoy having a good time, and we need a fourth person to join us. The house also has: parking, 2 Bathrooms, kitchen and living room outside Wash room including washing machine and tumble drier (seen in photo) also storage room for bikes.

The house is in great location, there is a supermarket and bus stop to town and Uni at the end of the road with Gym also nearby. Close to Cowley Road for shops and bars, while also a 10-15 min cycle to city centre.

The deposit is £790 which is first months rent + to cover any damage which may occur over the year.
There is also a £100 fee to change the tenancy agreement to a fourth person.

Our preference would be an Undergraduate at Oxford Brookes, in order to keep a good atmosphere.

We don't have any photos of the single room as its just the photos the letting agency gave us. If you want a viewing you will have to contact the letting agent.
As we don't get the house till September it might be difficult to meet us so if you wanna chat, probably over skype or facebook is the easiest option.
